Nutrition can be tricky, but imagine never having to think twice about it again! As your coach, I will provide guidance to help you feel confident in your food choices. This will include calorie and macro coaching, meal ideas, and the option to food journal or track your meals.

MEET YOUR COACH
Hi! I’m Isabella, but everyone calls me Bell. I’m just a girl from Long Island, New York, with a dream to change women’s lives all over the world! It all started when I was young. Being the youngest of four siblings, I always wanted to keep up with my brothers and sister—playing outside, riding bikes, roller hockey with the boys, and lacrosse like my sister. I was involved in three sports at a time growing up: soccer, ice hockey, and gymnastics. Moving my body and being active was never something I had to think about or dread—it’s just how I was raised. With all these sports came a lot of injuries and rehabbing my many ankle fractures back to good health. This sparked my interest in Physical Therapy and inspired me to major in Exercise Science at SUNY Cortland.
